Hi Honeybees. I saw you perform for the first time last night and I was quite impressed! I am not a huge fan of gospel music, but I greatly enjoyed your set. You are clearly very talented singers and performers. I will look forward to seeing you sometime in the future :)
Ian MacDonald - Sat, 8 Dec 2012
What I want to know is who is having the most fun - those who are performing or those of us who have the joy of listening to you? We were at the performance tonight - and what a joy to be there. I discovered my bass voice in the process but most of all enjoyed the power of the ensemble, the arrangements of the music and the rotating soloists. a great night and also love it that you use your talents to raise funds for some great causes. Tonight's contribution to the Sir David Martin Foundation is to be applauded. A big thank you for a fun night.
Ed Vaughan - Tue, 27 Nov 2012
Just wanted to write and thank you for your performance on Sunday. We at St John's loved it, and we thought it was a great morning.
Please pass on my thanks to the rest of the choir. We would love to have you back in the future- maybe as part of the Kings Cross festival if they do it next year, or maybe as just something we do.
Anyway, thanks for blessing us with music and joy!

Visiting Sydney with a friend, I heard you singing at the Wayside Chapel in Kings Cross this morning (Sunday, 31 July 2011) and was impressed and lifted by the beautiful synergy of your voices.
Being part of the transition from the old Wayside Chapel to the new is a lovely way to bridge the past and the future - and is very much to your credit.
Congratulations and all the best for a vibrant future!

There were no songs I didn't like last Sunday (Winter Soulstice concert); I thought the whole program was great and well balanced. The order was excellent as well, with more familiar rousing tunes prior to the break and a few more complex songs in the second half. Well done!
Guy Cooper - Thu, 30 Jun 2011
What a fantastic bunch of people! Not only do they sing from their heart and share their soul but they give with all they have for others. To see them perform brings joy to all who hear them. We at The Wayside Chapel are so thankful to the Honeybees for their generosity of heart for the money they have raised for us and for the gift of singing that is lifegiving. Thanks!

Hi Honey Bees
Really enjoyed your singing in the QVB. Found your video by doing a You Tube search. Since singing with Chorus Niagara in the Food Court Flash Mob, Seaway Mall, Welland, Ontario, Canada, I've searched lots of Flash Mob singing and found yours to be one of the most inspiring and better produced videos.
Jan - Wed, 29 Dec 2010
I just viewed your QVD flash swarm. I'm a member of a very new community choir & it's lovely to hear & see what an experienced choir can do, inspirational! Thank you.

how remarkable, and so heart warming, here was i ,in the throes ,of feeling sorry for myself, having to see a horse, win a race, and i didnt back it,and then i turned on the Hony bees, heard and saw joyous singing ,vibrations, with Halliluya, people with magnificent voices, outstanding, make know mistake,it was a great tonic, tears came to my eyes, to see ,,and hear ,such wonderful tones .
,Oh how great that was, a collective of people, giving to others the beauty of singing, so enjoyable, that pills , deciet, and sorrow, goes out the window, and for a short time the world is as one.
, know killings, know bombings,,just pure love, and understanding ,of what Music, and singing, can do, done so powerfully,so deep threaded, that the world has a chance, to survive, thank you Honny bees, thank you.

It was good to be on stage as a member of one of the three choirs who performed in Canberra on Saturday night 9th August. I thought the Honeybees were a great fun group who sang well together and entertained the audience with their harmony, style and enthusiasm under the charismatic direction of Dynes. I am a member of the Strange Weather Gospel Choir and I had loads of fun during the day when we were rehearsing and performing. All the Honeybees that I had contact with during the day were very pleasant and helpful. My wife, in the audience, was impressed with your singing and flair and particularly liked the way you walked on stage, singing, to start the second half. Thanks for coming down to Canberra Honeybees!
